Spacious room with kitchenette and en-suite. Perfect location for walking to Vatican City. No need for metro, everything within walking distance. New towels provided during our stay. Enjoyed the varied breakfast offerings. Convenient access to bus and metro lines. Clean apartment with comfortable sofa bed. Ample towels and blankets provided. Busy street, but quiet inside the room. Highly recommended. Excellent location next to Vatican City. Large space with great bathroom and full kitchen. Refrigerator stocked with breakfast items.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was wonderful, with easy access to bus and metro lines and right near the Vatican. The apartment was clean and spacious, fitting our party of four very comfortably. The provided breakfast was very convenient and filling, with plenty of carbs to start the day. The staff was amazing, especially host Rino, who was kind and helpful at all times. We appreciated the lists of how to get to different sites and the abundance of towels and blankets provided. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable and the apartment had all the necessary amenities, including air conditioning, a coffee maker, and a kitchenette.

The location is outstanding, just a short walk away from popular attractions like Vatican City and the Metro. The spacious room with a kitchenette and en-suite bathroom is a definite plus. The breakfast provided is varied and sets you up for the day. the owner is very accommodating and goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay.
The noise from other rooms can be quite audible due to the lighter doors.
